Easter 2011

 6 weeks old

He often has this worried look on his face and it makes us all laugh...he is so much fun!

He loves to sit on the couch and think he's big!
He loves the girls to talk to him...
as long as they don't tough his feet :)

Easter 2011

We spent Easter with my side this year. It started with a family breakfast. We met at a park after and the kids played all day.  Hannah and Cloe both got kites for Easter, so they played with those too.

I spent most of my time making sure Wade didn't get too much wind (it was super windy)
We had so much fun playing our annual kick ball game! Every single person played but me, my mom and Heather (7 months prego) out of all 40 :) It is our favorite part of Easter!

Chantry was a sport and helped Cloe.  Cloe loves Chantry!
Cloe chooses the coolest outfits! This is one of the best so far!
When Wade wasn't in the snuggly or eating he was out of the wind in his car seat.
Doesn't he look like a chunk!
We ate dinner at my sister Nichole's and had our Easter Egg hunt at her house.  The teen-agers did too good of a job and it took these little kids over 30 min. to find all the eggs.  As you can see in Cloe's face in the top pic...she got frustrated a few times.
Cloe hid in a corner and ate most of her candy before anyone could tell her no :)
Wade was such a good kid and a trouper on this crazy, hectic day!

I was so glad Joey wasn't on call! It is so nice to have him around for holiday things! Pretty much it is good to have him around for anything and everything! I sure love this big kid!

Loving 3!

Wade @ 3 1/2 weeks old
Finally a post-able picture of all my kiddos!

Wade isn't a huge fan of his baths but one night he had spit up a few times so I asked Johan if he could wash Wade off in the shower with him.  Wade loved it so much he pretty much fell asleep!  It was the cutest thing!
Wade is lover of eating!!! As you can see...he is working at this double chin and doing a great job!
 Exactly 1 month old!
He is such a good baby! He sleeps good (going 2-3 hours at night)
He can hold up his head like a champ
He is awake so much! He'll eat, stay awake for an hour, then sleep and hour (like clock work!)
His one month old pictures with his picture bear

Wade's Photo Shoot @ 2 1/2 weeks

SOME pics from the last 4 weeks

The last 4 weeks have flown by way too fast! I can't believe how well everyone has adjusted and I can't imagine life with out Wade!  He is such a sweetheart!  These are just a few of the millions of pictures we have taken in the last little while.
When Wade was 5 days old he had to be put in the billi-light for 48 hours.  Luckily his numbers were still low enough that they let us have the belli-blanket instead of the suitcase, so I could still hold him! I was still pretty emotional about it.
He slept awesome while I was still on all my pain meds from the c-section, but once I quit taking them he woke up... and is awake for hours at a time through out the day! It is exhausting!
As you can tell his first bath was quite a show!  He didn't freak out, which was nice!

Cloe can't get enough of Wade! She is constantly kissing him and asking to hold him (mostly while I'm nursing???) probably because that is the only time I get to sit down :)

This was Wade at about 2 weeks.  He loves his binki!!!!
Joey loves to hold  him in the evenings when the girls are down for the night and Wade loves it!

He is always awake for 2 hours right before bed...so it's my favorite time to take pictures of him with his eyes open.  He is so dang cute and makes some of the funniest faces!

Hannah doesn't get as many turns holding Wade since she's at school from 7:30 until 3:00 but in the morning before she leaves I try to sneak in a turn for her (before Cloe wakes up).  And weekend (lazy days) she gets to help out a ton.  Hannah is the funnest age for having a baby!  She really is a huge help for Wade and Cloe!

For me...I recovered pretty quick from the c-section!   Completely mobile by day 5 and off my pain meds by day 9.  My scaring inside will probably always be a problem and Wade might have to be our last baby since I'm such a mess inside.  But the constant pain from all my inside scares are getting better and I am loving having 3!
